A very analytical, results driven person with a proven track record throughout his trajectory in the industry. Jose is extremely customer service oriented and great at creating relationships with both internal and external clients.

As a Client Services Officer Jose is responsible for cultivating solid relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service by interacting through phone calls, emails or face to face meetings. Maintains an accurate record of all existing and potential clients and creating positive onboarding experience for all new clients.

As a manager and supervisor of personnel, I consider that every day is an opportunity to do things better as well as to learn something new every day.

As Human Resources Manager, I am a vital part of the operations and I am always focused on ensuring that a suitable work environment is maintained, promoting growth for each of our associates, creating the career plan and ongoing training and well-being program for all staff which translates into the delivery of a human resource with high levels of performance and commitment in each management we carry out.

As part of my educational background I am a technician in clinical psychology, and find myself finishing a degree in industrial psychology, I have also experience of having worked in the area of ​​customer service, sales, retention, quality, and specialize in emotional control and certified in managerial leadership.

I am a veteran with over 20 years of experience in the IT area. I have experience in Windows Server, MS Office, Linux, Open Solaris, VoIP Telephony, VIVDIAL Call Center Suite, Aspect and Avaya software for workstations and much more.

I consider myself to be a very organized and process driven. I‘ve been head of our IT department for 15+ years throughout which I helped the setup of countless program launches in conjunction with our clients, I also lead the helpdesk departments across all 3 sites and I am fully responsible for keeping aligned the processes and PCI compliance.

As a Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for our entire technical, network and security infrastructure. I am in constant communication with all departmental head leads, clients and the executive team in order to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of processes and platforms.

Is considered to be a person with a high level of commitment and responsibility in the management and administration of the resources placed in his hands, with more than 25 years of experience in sales and team management.

As COO of the company, he possesses a great deal of knowledge of the operations and objectives of the company. As part of his role, he is the main point of contact for Human Resources, Sales and Purchasing and major departments required to ensure that the services offered are of the highest quality and regulatory standards are being met for our internal/external clients accordingly.

I am an Industrial Engineer and MBA, I have worked as an operations manager for Spencer Industries with extensive experience in the development and operation of industrial and textile assembly factories specializing in management of processes in Quality Control and have also designed Modular plants and workstations.

As CFO of Callmax, I am responsible of managing and foreseeing our investments by keeping a keen eye and evaluating every detail. As a financial strategist, I accompany our CEO in the design and implementation of the financial perspective and its evolution, setting the medium and long-term objectives, efficiently taking advantage of the Company’s financial resources.

Hi' I am Omar Almánzar

Seasoned IT executive with over 30 years of senior executive management experience at 4 of the region’s most prestigious carriers (CODETEL, Tricom, Centennial and CCT Wireless).

Created one of the region’s most advanced carrier IT infrastructures as the company’s first CIO and worked through a $300 million IPO in 1998, the first of its kind in the Dominican Republic. Broad executive level experience at complex IT software, hardware, billing, call center, carrier, wireless and Telco operations. Mr. Almanzar has a BS in Computer Science from Baruch College.

With more than 20 years of experience in IT Management, he created the technological framework of Tricom. Designed and developed CRM Trivision which is the current platform of Altice. He was the IT Vice-president of Centennial Puerto Rico and the rest of the English Caribbean Islands.

With a graduate degree from Baruch College NY and a master’s degree in computer systems Analysis and Design from Columbia University.
