Responsibilities
- Use high value selling to meet our client's technology, product, and service sales targets, through explanation of the overall value, features and benefits of all products and services offered by our clients
- Use high value support to meet our technology, product, and service targets, through an explanation of the overall value, features, and benefits of all products and services offered.
- Assess the needs of inbound or outbound customers to answer questions about products and services and to provide solutions that fit customer's needs.
