Responsibilities
- Use all available tools to retain our client’s customers meeting retentions.
- Assess the needs of inbound customers to answer questions about products and services and to provide solutions that fit customer's needs.
- Understand the process of reselling our plan (s) in order to keep our clientele and client’s expectations.
- Timely process of sales order entry as well as any administrative tasks associated with sales activities.
